Due to the climate in the northeast including a combination of hot summers, cold winters and chemicals present during the winter, we recommend sealcoating at least once every 2 years. Excessive wear as well as other factors could change this.
Although you can walk on the surface after just 24 hours, we recommend waiting 48-72 hours before parking vehicles on the driveway or parking lot for best results.
Sealcoating requires temperatures in excess of 50 degrees as well as a 24-hour curing period within the same temperature range.

Striping paint will be dry within a half hour, however, we recommend waiting at least an hour before driving in the areas that have been striped.
The best time of year to stripe is spring-fall. This will allow for a clean, chemical free surface, as well as adequate time and temperature for the paint to dry and cure.
